Invitation to help prepare our Local Place Plan

2.30pm to 6.30pm

Come and have your say on the Local Place Plan being developed for East Ayrshire.

Emma Waugh, our Vibrant Community Worker, is wanting to hear your views on footpaths, cycling ways, and other development opportunities in the area. She will have maps so you can show her where you think improvements could be made.

Come along and add to the community input for these plans.

Afternoon Tea

Saturday 10th January 2026

2.30 - 4.30pm

Remember to book your table for the annual Afternoon Tea at Stair Community Centre.

Bring family and Friends for a relaxed afternoon in good company. Plenty of home baking and cups of tea or coffee.

Places must be booked in advance.

£12 per adult, £5 children under 16yrs

Coffee & Cakes

Saturday 31st January 2026

10am - 12 noon

Come along for coffee and home baking and catch up on all the news.

Look out for new year bargains on the swop shop.

Usual play space for small children, and craft activities available.

Stair Community Centre is owned and managed by Stair Community Association, Scottish Charity number SC023898.

The Centre provides recreational facilities for use by community groups and the general public. The Centre is conveniently located for Ayr, Cumnock, Kilmarnock and the surrounding villages.

The Centre is available for private bookings for birthday parties, family gatherings, meetings and events.
