Thanks to a grant from Ayrshire Rural & Islands Ambition's Community Asset Maintenance fund ARIA CAM a condition of the building survey has been done of the Centre and a planned preventative maintenance PPM report has been prepared.
The work was carried out by Richard Price of Perspective Building Consultancy.
The report identifies areas of the building that will require attention over the next five year period and provides indicative costings. This will help the committee plan and apply for funding to maintain the building in the future, ensuring the Centre continues to be an attractive, accessible and affordable asset for the community.
